Introduction & Consent

Welcome to the ats71 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ats71 ("Platform", "we", "our") and any user of this platform ("you", "user").

By accessing this platform through the ats71 website, mobile application, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Account Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to register an account and use the services on ats71:

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above.
ats71 may request a valid identity document or proof of age for verification at any time.
Providing a false age will result in immediate account termination, and any balance may be forfeited where applicable.

2. Single Account

Each individual may operate only one account.
Opening multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, the same IP address, or the same device is strictly prohibited.
If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be voided.

3. Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
If any information changes, please notify the ats71 Casino support team immediately.
Providing false or misleading information may lead to legal action.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

ats71 processes financial transactions through accessible and trusted payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on ats71: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other methods are currently accepted.

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
Withdrawal requests typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used to make the deposit.
Winnings earned using a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
ats71 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction it deems suspicious.

Please note: All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ats71 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 is available on your first deposit at ats71.
Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total of ৳37,000.
The welcome bonus applies only once, on the first deposit.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x), applicable only to the bonus amount.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

General Bonus Rules

Bonus funds are spent first; deposited funds remain protected.
Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
ats71 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.

Gaming Rules & Code of Conduct

All games on the ats71 platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The following code of conduct applies to all users:

Permitted Conduct

Play all games shown on the platform according to their defined rules.
Game outcomes are controlled by the respective software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, etc.) and ats71 does not interfere with these outcomes.
Each game result is entirely independent and random; previous results do not influence future results.

Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, software manipulation, or hacking attempts is strictly prohibited.
Collusive betting, bonus abuse through arbitrage methods, or the use of automated betting software is prohibited.
Any attempt to defraud the platform through coordination with other users is prohibited.
Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform is prohibited; any such situation must be reported to the support team immediately.

Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a network interruption, the data stored on the server will be considered final.
ats71 reserves the right to reject winnings claims arising from faulty software or network issues.

VIP Loyalty Program

The ats71 VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to a higher tier and enjoy greater benefits:

Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

The conditions for VIP tiers and cashback calculations are determined by ats71 and may be changed at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and are cancelled if an account is closed.

Cashback Policy: Weekly cashback is credited to your account every Monday. The cashback amount is calculated based on net betting activity for the relevant week.

Account Suspension & Termination

ats71 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Fraudulent activity, suspicion of money laundering, or illegal conduct.
Providing false information or identity fraud.
Operating multiple accounts.
Bonus abuse or coordinated fraud.
Extended period of account inactivity.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance for which all wagering requirements have been met will be returned before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

Losses resulting from account information being exposed due to the user's own negligence.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between ats71 and the user, and supersede any previous oral or written discussions or understandings.

Language

These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any conflict in translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.
